Terms and Conditions
Terms for using CloudPrint cloud printing to local printers through the API and dashboard.
1. Service
CloudPrint provides a cloud service for sending print jobs to local printers through an agent, API and account UI.
2. Seller

3. Account
The customer is responsible for protecting account access, API tokens and connected devices.
4. Free use
Printing from the account UI and through API Credentials that belong to the same account is free. CloudPrint does not charge for print jobs, computers or printers in this workflow.
5. Developer Platform
A signed commercial agreement applies when a company embeds CloudPrint in its product, connects independent customer accounts or provisions managed accounts for customers. That agreement defines the price, invoicing, support and any additional commitments.
6. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, infringement, bypassing security or abuse-prevention controls, or interfering with the platform.
7. Requests and complaints
Questions about the service, agreement or account access may be sent to support@cloudprint.me. Include contact details, a description of the issue and any known account or request identifier. A response is sent through the same channel no later than 30 days after the request is received.
8. Customer service
The primary support channel is support@cloudprint.me.
9. Availability
The Service Level Agreement applies only when it is explicitly included in a signed commercial agreement. Otherwise, CloudPrint works to keep the service stable, but maintenance, external providers and local customer infrastructure can affect printing.
