18 August 2026 — managed customers scoped to an Application
Managed-account creation, exact lookup and idempotency now use the authenticated Developer Application as their scope. Separate staging and production Applications can use the same external_customer_id and Idempotency-Key without sharing customer records.
10 August 2026 — Agent onboarding in CloudPrint
Added a CloudPrint page for connecting an Agent, GET /agent-download-api/v1/releases and GET /agent-download-api/v1/installers/{filename}. Integrators no longer send customers to a localhost deep link or configure Agent API routing.
7 August 2026 — managing customer Agents
Added direct managed-account lookup, idempotent Agent Enrollment creation, Enrollment and Agent lists, individual revocation and monthly managed-account usage. Removed the onboarding-only enrollment reissue operation.
6 August 2026 — App Installation tokens
Synchronized the reference with the public Developer Application endpoint for issuing App Installation access tokens. Published its RS256 assertion requirements, request and response schemas, error statuses and stable operation URL.
