CloudPrint data processing terms for accounts, print documents, statuses, logs and diagnostics.
1. Roles
The customer is the controller and CloudPrint processes data as the print service provider unless otherwise agreed.
2. Data categories
CloudPrint may process account data, print job metadata, printer names, statuses, errors, timestamps and technical logs.
3. Purpose
Data is used to execute print jobs, show statuses, diagnose issues, provide support, keep the service secure and meet legal duties.
4. Security
CloudPrint applies organizational and technical measures to protect data and restrict access.
5. Requests
