Payment and refunds

Payment, service delivery and refund rules for CloudPrint.

1. Seller

2. Service

CloudPrint provides access to a SaaS service for cloud printing to local printers through the account UI, Public API and local agent.

3. Payments

Prices and payment methods are confirmed before payment in the CloudPrint account or invoice.

4. Service delivery

Paid limits are activated after the payment operator confirms a successful payment. The service is delivered electronically through the CloudPrint account UI, API and local agent.

5. Recurring payments

If the customer selects a paid subscription plan and saves a card, future charges are collected automatically from the primary saved card on the renewal dates shown in the customer account. The customer may cancel the subscription before the next renewal.

6. Refunds

Refund requests may be sent to info@cloudprint.me. If the service was not provided due to a CloudPrint technical issue, the refund is processed through the original payment method where technically available.

7. Currencies

The international CloudPrint website presents prices primarily in EUR and may show indicative USD and PLN equivalents. The actual payment currency is confirmed before payment.
